Nkyinkyim Museum

 Founded in 2019, by acclaimed artist Kwame Akoto-Bamfo, Nkyinkyim (meaning “twists and turns”), is an evolving outdoor sculpture and cultural museum. The museum blends Art, Oral history, performance, and restoration of traditional funerary practices. Nkyinkyim is not just art, it is a living monument to ancestral histories, a space for collective healing, and a cultural bridge for diasporans reconnecting with Africa.
