Shekina Clinic

Shekina Clinic is an inspiring model of community led health care, run entirely by volunteers, and funded through donations. The Clinic offers free medical care, hospital stays, feeding services, and a compassionate medical home for Tamale’s most vulnerable. Shekina Clinic was founded in 1991,and welcomes volunteers, donations and medical outreaches. At the clinic, visitors can observe or learn about humanitarian healthcare. The clinic also offers opportunities for volunteers to assist in medical care, administration, food programs, and facility support.
