The Centre for traditional medicine

 The Center was established in 1975/76 by the Government of Ghana. The Center focuses on research into herbal medicine, developing plant-based remedies backed by Science. Visitors can take guided tours of its medicinal plant gardens and library, consult with herbal medicine experts at the outpatient Clinic and herbal pharmacy, and learn about research into Ghana’s traditional remedies through exhibits and educational sessions. cpmr.org.gh
